Return & Exchange Policy

An RMA request must be submitted prior to returning any product.

RETURNS
All return goods must be authorized in advance by Western Plains Aviation. A copy of the sales invoice should be placed inside the package to avoid delay in processing your return. If you do not have the original receipt, please let us know, and one will be e-mailed to you. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including duties and taxes, if applicable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all stock item returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment.  All special orders or "as is" sales are final. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. Cash purchases will be refunded in the form of a check. Credit card refunds will be issued to the same credit card used on the original order. Please allow 15 business days after receipt for your return and refund to be processed.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact us for prior authorization to use our FedEx or UPS account number for the return.

EXCHANGES
Defective items will be exchanged at no charge for the same item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, and no later than one year after purchase, Western Plains Aviation will either replace or repair defective items according to the manufacturer warranty. Please contact us for prior authorization to use our FedEx or UPS account number for the exchange. Warranty exchanges cannot be shipped until Western Plains Aviation has received the defective equipment. Western Plains Aviation assumes the responsibility of ground shipping charges for exchanged equipment. Any expedited shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE: Western Plains Aviation's Return & Exchange Policy only applies to items that have not been opened and/or used. Items that are no longer in "new" condition are not eligible. Western Plains Aviation reserves the right to make this determination.
